TUNA STEAKS WITH OLIVE OIL AND THYME


Try this delicious fresh TUNA STEAKS WITH OLIVE OIL AND THYME ... a must try one !

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb. fresh tuna (4 pieces)
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. olive oil
  • Fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • Sweet red pepper slivers & lime wedges, garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. If necessary, trim dark parts from tuna. In a small bowl, combine thyme, oil and black pepper into a smooth paste and rub into each piece of fish.
Place fish in an ovenproof glass baking dish and bake uncovered until cooked through, 30-45 minutes, depending on thickness. Place fish on serving platter and serve hot, strewn with pepper slivers, with lime wedges on the side. The fresh tuna steak recipe is ready to serves 4 friends...great taste ! Enjoy the feasts !

TUNA STEAKS WITH MUSTARD BUTTER

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 boneless tuna steaks (1/4 lb. each)
  • 1 tbsp. each: reduced-sodium soy sauce, rice vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp. whipped butter, softened and divided
  • 1/2 tsp. powdered mustard
INSTRUCTIONS
In a container (not aluminum) that is large enough to hold tuna in a single layer, arrange tuna. Combine soy sauce, vinegar and ginger; pour over tuna. Let stand 5 minutes; turn tuna over and let stand 5 minutes longer.
In a cup or small bowl, combine 2 teaspoons butter and the mustard; mix until combined. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.Melt the remaining teaspoon of butter and brush on the tuna steaks. Place on a heated grill for about 2 minutes; turn tuna over and drizzle with any remaining marinade. Cook 2 minutes longer. Serve steaks topped with the butter/mustard mixture. The nice fresh tuna steak recipe with mustard butter is ready for feasts ! Great taste for a great party !

TUNA STEAKS WITH CREAMY SHRIMP SAUCE







Try this amazing tuna steak recipe...the TUNA STEAKS WITH CREAMY SHRIMP SAUCE ... its recommended ! Nice !

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 c. Italian salad dressing
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. tarragon leaves
  • 2 lbs. tuna steaks (1 inch thick)
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 c. chopped green onions
  • 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 c. cream cheese
  • 1 c. half & half cream
  • 1 c. chopped, cooked shrimp
  • 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine salad dressing, lemon juice, garlic powder, red pepper, and tarragon leaves in a 2-quart mixing bowl. Blend thoroughly. Add tuna steaks to the blended marinade sauce, coating each steak thoroughly with the sauce. Cover tuna steaks and refrigerate at least 2 hours or preferably overnight. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.Remove tuna steaks from marinade sauce and place in 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, turning steaks once.

In a 2-quart saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped onions, green onions, and bell pepper. Saute until onions are clear. Add cream cheese and half & half. Stir over low heat until cream cheese melts and sauce thickens. Add chopped shrimp and parsley to sauce.
Blend thoroughly and cook sauce over low heat until tuna steaks are removed from oven. Remove steaks from oven. Drain liquids from casserole. Pour shrimp sauce over tuna steaks. Place steaks in oven and bake an additional 10 minutes. The tuna steak recipe is ready to serves 6 great persons....enjoy the feasts...!

Tarragon Tuna Steaks

INGREDIENTS

* 3 tablespoons olive oil
* 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
* 2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
* 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
* freshly ground black pepper to taste
* 1 1/2 pounds fresh tuna steaks

DIRECTIONS

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, tarragon vinegar, dried tarragon and pepper. Place tuna steaks into the mixture. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hours.
2. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate.
3. Grill tuna steaks 8 to 10 minutes per side, until the tuna flakes easily and is opaque in the center.

Grilled Tuna Teriyaki



Try this grilled tuna steak with teriyaki style.... great taste !

INGREDIENTS

* 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
* 1 tablespoon Chinese rice wine
* 1 large clove garlic, minced
* 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root
* 4 (6 ounce) tuna steaks (about 3/4 inch thick)
* 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS

1. In a shallow dish, stir together soy sauce, rice wine, garlic, and ginger. Place tuna in the marinade, and turn to coat. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Preheat grill for medium-high heat.
3. Remove tuna from marinade, and discard remaining liquid. Brush both sides of steaks with oil.
4. Cook tuna for approximately for 3 to 6 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.
The grilled tuna teriyaki is ready to serve...a great Japanese style steak !
