An amazing fresh tuna steak recipe to try !
INGREDIENTS
- 4 (3/4 inch) tuna steaks
- 1 c. Italian salad dressing
- 2 tsp. ground pepper
- 1 lemon, quartered
INSTRUCTIONS
Place tuna steaks in a 2 inch dish. Pour salad dressing over tuna. Refrigerate for an hour, turning once. Remove tuna steaks and sprinkle pepper on both sides.
Grill, over medium coals until tuna steak flakes easily when tested with a fork. (About 5 minutes on each side.) After removing from grill, squeeze a lemon wedge over each steak. The fresh tuna steak recipe is ready to serve....enjoy it !
